Create an Offer: Decide on what to offer your existing or new clientele. December is a perfect month to do a Toy Drive. Giving to your patients and your community is a win, win for everyone.
Pick a Cutoff Date: Set a cut-off date. You can use the promo text written below or change it to suit your office needs. It’s OK to be CREATIVE! When you’re done, print a bunch of copies of page two of this document.
Promote Your Event: The rest is easy. Just hang your wall flyers everywhere in your office and continue to distribute your weekly Gift Certificates. Keep extra flyers at your front desk and adjusting rooms for patients to grab. It’s a great way to celebrate the Holidays and generate some buzz and excitement for Chiropractic!
Go the Extra Mile: Pick a Grand Prize for December, like restaurant passes, a Spa treatment or something even bigger like and iPad. Find a local ‘Toys for Tots’ collection site or contact your local Marine Reserves barracks. Give out raffle tickets to your existing patients for every brand new, unwrapped toy they bring in from now until your cut off day. Give 10 raffle tickets out for every new patient they refer in until the end of the month. (more raffle tickets = more new patients for your office).
Offer all New Patient procedures for a toy (new, unwrapped).
Run your special during the holiday season and draw the lucky grand prize winner from the pile of raffle ticket entries you receive. Make up your fliers and hand out the gift certificates below to promote your event (make sure everyone gets 3-4 to pass out). The best part is bringing in a boat load of donated toys to the kids who need them the most!
